“Train the Trainers” Workshop Held at the Digital Transformation Center

On January 28, the Digital Transformation Center hosted a “Train the Trainers” workshop aimed at strengthening the capacities of future trainers who will provide expert support to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in their digital transformation processes and the adoption of modern technologies.

The training was organized within the framework of the S4AI Hub project and brought together representatives of partner and consortium organizations. Through interactive sessions, knowledge exchange, and practical case studies, participants enhanced their competencies in knowledge transfer, mentoring, and the effective implementation of support programs for enterprises across selected areas of digitalization and innovation.

This initiative laid the foundation for a high-quality and sustainable knowledge transfer within the ecosystem, enabling MSMEs to gain easier access to innovation, improve their business processes, and strengthen their market competitiveness.

The workshop was delivered by Jovan Miljković, Full Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade (Department of Pedagogy and Andragogy), and Svetlana Nikolić, HR consultant and Director of the HR agency Spin Team, both with decades of experience in designing and implementing professional training and development programs.
