Test Before Invest is the central activity of S4AI_Hub, and it means supporting the private and public sector in the form of testing the application of technology before investment, using the knowledge, skills and expertise of our team members and the capacities of our equipment.

Detailed information on the service
S4AI_HUB will support the process of detailed design of the solution, making technological choices regarding technologies and services, helping to define the detailed architecture, validation and benchmarking of the solution. Agreed pilots would have to conduct their experiments through laboratories (AI Lab, Experimentation Lab or Startups open innovation lab) between three to nine (3 to 6) months, using selected services or resources provided through S4AI_HUB.
Depending on the nature of the service, different procedures may apply. In general, activities will include identifying a provider capable of meeting pilot requirements (if not in-house capacity), negotiating terms for resource provision, including start and end dates, and ensuring compliance with IP clauses with service providers. In addition, preparations and finalization of the agreement between S4AI_HUB and the pilot partner will be undertaken, after which the pilot will confirm access to the service.
Test Before Invest – Through this service, work will be done to confirm the feasibility of the proposed solution, through testing the solution or requirements for determining the scope for proof of concept or testing the prototype, which will reduce the risk of commercialization and application of the use of the product before validation itself.
Digital Usability Test and Improvement – This service is developed as a service for up to 6 months to test in a real environment in parallel with the company’s systems to confirm the projected benefits envisioned by the project designers and effectively demonstrate the usefulness of the chosen technology. Tailored to the needs of each project, this support includes collaboration with partners from academia, the private sector and the public sector. The goal is to enable a lasting digital transformation within the applicant organization, with a broad exchange of insights and best practices.

Through Test Before Invest support for new products and services, create a prototype or early version of the product to check the feasibility and market applicability of your digital innovation.

The Test before Invest service enables organizations to assess the possibilities and benefits of digital technology applications before investing significant resources. Through an individual approach adapted to the needs of each organization, the public call for this service is carried out in TWO MANDATORY PHASES
In the first phase, potential users express their interest exclusively by filling out the online form.
After reviewing the submitted data, we assess the acceptability of the application. Eligible applicants will be notified so that they can proceed to the second phase of the Public Call.
