S4AI_HUB strives to bridge the gap in knowledge and lack of skills in Serbian companies by providing a diverse range of educational services. Our offering includes specialized courses in digitization and AI technologies, covering a range of domains such as machine learning, simulation, automated inference, data science, computer vision, robotics, machine perception, distributed systems, planning and scheduling. At S4AI_HUB, we believe that learning is a continuous journey, especially in dynamic fields like engineering. Our commitment is to empower engineers at every stage of their careers, ensuring they stay at the forefront of evolving technologies. S4AI_HUB will provide selected users of the Bootcamp service access to various trainings, depending on their legal status (startups, small and medium enterprises, public sector, development company), as well as depending on the technology they use on their own digital transformation journey:
For startups
Elementary level – Niš Startup School:
The program is intended for startup companies that are STP Niš members in the earlier stages of development, as well as students of the University of Niš, as well as students of private faculties in Niš and the region. It is also intended for all beginners in business, teams and individuals interested in technological entrepreneurship. It aims to empower them, introduce them to important terms, methods and procedures with the intention of serving as an inspiration to everyone entering the world of technological entrepreneurship.
Presentations and lectures are organized by the team of STP Niš and members of STP Niš, and are held in the premises of STP Niš, live and/or in online format. It consists of five to seven modules and will be held periodically as a course lasting several weeks, or in the form of an accelerated (summer or winter) Startup School STP Niš.
Intermediate level course „Innovation school“
The program is designed as a basic training level, targeting Business Support Organizations (BSOs), innovation ecosystem network members and startups. This course aims to provide the basic knowledge and skills necessary to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in these entities. Participants will learn about fundamental concepts related to innovation, including ideation, market analysis, product development, and business model creation.
In addition, they will gain insight into building strong networks, accessing resources and effectively navigating the startup ecosystem. The course serves as a foundational step for individuals and organizations who wish to improve their innovation capabilities, develop sustainable business models and thrive in the dynamic landscape of entrepreneurship and innovation.
Intermediate level course Launcher
The first Niš accelerator support program for startups in the early stages of development, which includes professional and financial support in order to strengthen the capacity of newly founded companies. This Support Program enables individuals/teams and early-stage startups to shape, validate and further develop their innovative ideas. The top five teams will also have a chance to win prizes. It is intended for individuals, informal startup teams and business entities that develop an innovative technological solution, either hardware or software.
Through the Launcher program, participants receive a set of narrowly focused and customized educations that will guide them from the idea and proof of concept to the first MVP, the possibility of working with dedicated mentors and consulting with domain experts, networking opportunities, a free six-month membership in the Science and Technology Park Niš (within the Pre-Incubation Program), access to various resources and benefits, as well as the possibility of further development of your business idea in a stimulating environment and Inspiring working environment for the development of your business and cooperation with other teams within the Launcher community, in the form of free use of co-working space in STP Niš during six months of membership.
Fundraising program
The program is primarily designed to meet the needs of technology startups. However, it is also relevant for a wider circle of entrepreneurs in the digital economy and those who are thinking about starting their own entrepreneurial ventures. This program opens the door to fundraising by providing insight into terms, concepts, methodology and, most importantly, the key stakeholders you will meet regularly.
The program will be implemented in five different modules: Module 1 – Fundraising basics and the life cycle of a technology startup; Module 2 – Strategic planning for fundraising; Module 3 – How to raise capital from private investors; Module 4 – Grants as an option for initial funding; Module 5 – Pitch deck – startup identity card – how to structure it.
For SMEs and public administration
Elementary level course “AI Tech Class”
AI Tech Class’ is categorized as entry-level training, targeting the business community. In particular, it focuses on ethics and regulations related to artificial intelligence (AI). Participants will gain an understanding of the ethical considerations and regulatory frameworks surrounding AI technologies. Topics covered include ethical principles in the development and application of AI, legal requirements and compliance, privacy and data protection regulations, and societal implications of AI adoption.
Through interactive sessions and case studies, participants will learn how to navigate ethical dilemmas and ensure the responsible use of artificial intelligence in their organizations. The course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to address ethical and regulatory challenges in AI implementation and foster trust and accountability in AI-driven systems.
Intermediate level – “Spin-off Academy”
The “Spin-off Academy” course is designed for companies that have already passed the start-up phase and are now aiming for further growth and development, often referred to as the “scaling” phase. These companies already have a market position and products or services have been successfully introduced to the market.
The aim of this course is to provide them with specialized training and advice to develop strategies for accelerated growth, improvement of business processes and expansion of their business into new market segments or geographical areas. Through this course, companies will have the opportunity to learn best practices in growth management, adapt to the challenges that come with increasing business volume, and develop strategies for sustainable growth and market competitiveness.
Intermediate level – Digital Academy
Offered at intermediate level within the Digital Academy, it aims to provide specialized training to professionals from a variety of industries. Participants will acquire intermediate level knowledge and skills in digital technologies relevant to their sectors.
The course covers a range of topics tailored to the specific needs and challenges faced by professionals in different sectors, enabling them to effectively apply digital tools and strategies in their work environment
