Strengthening Digital Capacities through the S4AI_HUB Training Programme
As part of the Serbian European Digital Innovation Hub on AI (S4AI_HUB) project, an online training series will be organized from 5 to 15 June 2026, aimed at companies, ICT professionals, start-up and scale-up companies, as well as stakeholders of the innovation ecosystem.
The training programme is designed to strengthen digital capacities, improve companies’ knowledge and skills, and support digital transformation processes. Special focus will be placed on the application of advanced technologies, the development of innovation competencies, and practical knowledge that can contribute to business improvement.
Within this cycle, the project partner organizations will deliver the following trainings:
- Application of Artificial Intelligence in Supply Chains and Operational Processes
This training focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in supply chain management and operational processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, planning, and the optimization of transport and production. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about practical examples and current industrial trends.

- Access to Finance for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
This training provides an overview of the key steps in preparing investment projects, opportunities for financing business development, as well as the conditions and obligations related to securing investments. A special segment will be dedicated to the process of raising additional capital through projects and private investments, with practical examples.

- Digital Security for Everyone
This training covers the basic principles of digital security, the requirements of relevant standards and regulations such as ISO standards, the NIS2 Directive and the SOC framework, as well as approaches to implementing security procedures without negatively affecting productivity and business processes.

- Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence
This training introduces participants to the basic concepts and potential of artificial intelligence, its possible applications across different fields, and the practical use of AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity and decision-making processes.

- Introduction to E-Business Infrastructure
This training provides an overview of the key technological components, network services and software systems that form the foundation of modern electronic business.
