Open Public Call for Applications: “Innovation Camp for Digital Transformation”
Time-consuming business processes, rising costs, and underutilized data are just some of the challenges that can be addressed through digital technologies. Whether the goal is to automate everyday tasks, introduce artificial intelligence, or improve operational efficiency, the first step is to identify a specific business challenge and explore potential solutions.
As part of the S4AI_HUB – Serbian European Digital Innovation Hub on AI project, an open call has been launched for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and small mid-cap enterprises to participate in the “Innovation Camp for Digital Transformation – From Business Challenges to a Concrete Digital Transformation Plan” programme.
With the support of certified consultants, participants will have the opportunity to assess their company’s digital maturity, identify key business challenges, and develop a concrete digital transformation plan with clearly defined priorities, expected outcomes, and next steps.
In addition to expert support, the programme includes training sessions aimed at developing digital skills. Selected participants will also have access to additional opportunities to test technological solutions before investing, as well as support in preparing projects for financing.
The programme is implemented by the Center for Digital Transformation (CDT) within the S4AI_HUB project.
Who Can Apply?
The open call is intended for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as small mid-cap enterprises, that meet the eligibility criteria specified in the call.
Applicants do not need to have a fully developed project, technical specifications, or a predefined technological solution. Identifying a specific business challenge is enough to get started.
Application Timeline and Process
The call is open on a rolling basis, with the first application review deadline set for December 15, 2026. Up to 20 enterprises will be selected for the consulting programme in the first cycle.
Participation is free of charge for approved services.
Identify your business challenge, explore digital transformation opportunities, and apply for the first programme cycle!
