On Wednesday, October 15th at 11 AM, the Science and Technology Park Niš will host the Info Day of the S4AI Hub – Serbian European Digital Innovation Hub on AI project.
The event will present the activities and opportunities within the first public call intended for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to apply with business problems and challenges that can be addressed through innovative technological solutions.
S4AI Hub is the official European Digital Innovation Hub in Serbia, providing support to SMEs in their digital transformation processes through the application of artificial intelligence and Industry 5.0 technologies. The program offers free expert services and consulting for the development of digital solutions.
The public call being presented refers to the use of the service “Innovation Camp for Digital Transformation”, which involves intensive collaboration with an expert team to understand the current position of the company, explore opportunities for the application of digital technologies, shape an initial challenge, and develop the first project idea for digitalization—based on an assessment of the user’s needs and digital maturity.
The goal of the call is to develop and elaborate the initial version of a digitalization project idea for SMEs. During the implementation of the service, participants will work on understanding their current business situation in the context of digitalization, identifying opportunities for the application and implementation of new digital technologies, recognizing technologies that enable the development of new or improvement of existing products and services, understanding the impact of digitalization on business, value proposition, and competitiveness, as well as identifying challenges and uncertainties that need to be tested before investment and implementation.
The Science and Technology Park Niš, as the coordinator of the national consortium, together with partners STP Čačak, ICEF, the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia, CDT, NiCat Cluster, and ICT Hub, is implementing the Serbian European Digital Innovation Hub on AI – S4AI_HUB project. The project is financially supported by the European Commission through the Digital Europe Programme (Project: 101191029 — S4AI_HUB — DIGITAL-2023-EDIH-04), with the support of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation and the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications.
