This training closes the gap between a general understanding of the topic and its practical application. Through examples, discussion, or a guided exercise, participants define a realistic next step for their organization.

Target group: Students, first-time founders, individuals, teams, and early-stage startups from Niš and the wider region.
Prerequisites: No prior business experience required; motivation to develop an entrepreneurial idea is expected.
