{"id":10125,"date":"2026-08-28T12:29:55","date_gmt":"2026-08-28T12:29:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/s4ai.rs\/en\/?p=10125"},"modified":"2026-08-28T12:33:12","modified_gmt":"2026-08-28T12:33:12","slug":"exploring-ai-opportunities-smart-manufacturing-and-early-stage-startup-funding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/s4ai.rs\/en\/exploring-ai-opportunities-smart-manufacturing-and-early-stage-startup-funding\/","title":{"rendered":"Exploring AI Opportunities, Smart Manufacturing and Early-Stage Startup Funding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>S4AI took part in <strong>TechMomentum \u2013 the 9th Advanced Technologies Forum<\/strong>, held on June 11 and 12 at the Science and Technology Park Ni\u0161.<\/p>\n<p>The S4AI Hub was represented at the event by <strong>Filip Ili\u0107 from ICT Hub, Filip Mrdak from CDT, and Ilija Radovanovi\u0107 from ICEF Belgrade<\/strong>, project partners contributing to discussions on topics relevant to SMEs, startups, and the application of advanced technologies in business and manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>During the fireside chat <strong>\u201cAI Possibilities: Unlocking Opportunities for SMEs and Small Practices\u201d<\/strong>, Filip Mrdak from CDT discussed the opportunities artificial intelligence can create for small and medium-sized enterprises and smaller business practices, as well as the ways AI can help improve operations, strengthen competitiveness, and accelerate digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p>During the session <strong>\u201cAdvanced AI Technologies: Application and Smart Manufacturing\u201d<\/strong>, Ilija Radovanovi\u0107 from ICEF Belgrade discussed the application of advanced AI technologies and their role in the development of smart manufacturing. The session focused on the opportunities modern AI solutions offer to industry, process automation, and the improvement of efficiency and competitiveness in manufacturing systems.<\/p>\n<p>At the panel <strong>\u201cEarly-stage Startup Funding: How to Secure It\u201d<\/strong>, Filip Ili\u0107 from ICT Hub addressed one of the key challenges faced by early-stage startups \u2013 identifying and securing suitable sources of funding.
