The ultimate goal of the Bootcamps is to create the prerequisites for forming a project assignment for the Test Before Invest activity.<\/b><\/p>\n

The first step of your journey through digital transformation is to fill in the Questionnaire for assessing the digital maturity of EDIH S4AI_HUB clients, which we will use to measure and recognize the digital maturity of your organization.<\/p>\n

The digital maturity assessment service is free for all EDIH S4AI_HUB users, and is also a prerequisite for using EDIH services and is used to determine the potential for digital business transformation and measure progress, evaluate possible investments, and identify changes that will create the greatest benefits for business and competitiveness.<\/p>\n

By completing the Digital Maturity Assessment Questionnaire, we gain insight into your organization’s current position on the digital transformation journey. Based on this, we identify key areas where your organization could benefit from EDIH S4AI_HUB support.<\/p>\n

This process helps us to accurately assess what services we can offer your organization, as well as to develop strategies that are fully tailored to your needs and goals. The questionnaire provides data on the status of digitization, the level of technology implementation and the readiness of your employees to work with digital tools, which is the basis for creating an optimal approach.<\/p>\n

Based on the results of the assessment, our experts will direct you to specific services that match the current state and priorities of your organization. In addition, we will provide support in identifying new business opportunities, internationalizing business and strengthening cooperation through networking and active involvement in innovation ecosystems.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]\t\t

To measure success and track your progress, the process includes additional assessments \u2013 one year after the end of the service and two years after that. This approach enables continuous evaluation of your progress on the digital transformation journey.<\/p>\n

The key focus is on the discovery of innovative priorities, the motivation of the company and the assessment of the readiness of its management, human resources, organizational structure, as well as the maturity of processes and applied technologies. The evaluation process consists of two integral phases: the evaluation phase and the design phase. During the evaluation phase, we gather comprehensive information, assess motivations and priorities, assess the level of digitization of processes, identify areas with potential for improvement and accurately map the technological landscape in those identified areas. In the next design phase, we consolidate the results, create benchmarking and formulate a road map for raising the level of digital maturity.<\/p>\n

These results are then presented to the company for feedback and approval, which begins the implementation phase of the proposed measures. The resulting feasibility study includes the findings, proposed solutions and contextualizes them in the broader operational framework of the company. Our recommendations are tailored to raise the digital level of the company, improve competitiveness and strengthen resilience in the dynamic conditions of the global market. Our goal goes beyond simply identifying areas for digital improvement; our goal is to specify those areas in which the company can achieve “the greatest increase in competitiveness through the smallest possible financial and time investments.”<\/p>\n

You will receive a road map for the transition of artificial intelligence or another advanced technical solution for your organization. DMA is mandatory before engagement with S4AI_HUB EDIH service Testing before investment.
